I tried again with default settings. The bug did not reproduce
But after I changed a lot of settings (It's too many settings changed , I don't know which is causing the problem), this bug happen within 5 minutes.

Okay, but you still didn't elaborate in which way you believe the lock is failing. What happens if you dbl-click a subfolder as opposed to what you would expect to happen.
