I can't be certain that version 300 was when I first started noticing this, but definitely I hadn't observed it in any versions prior to 100. I had the exact same problem using the information in the Help file. I think it should be updated with the information in this thread for anyone that has a 64-bit installation of TeraCopy. There's no way I would have known to use %ProgramW6432%.
