Re: Open new tab instead of reusing selected tab
I'm not sure what you are asking...both options under Shell Integration are checked, if that's what you mean. This is on 64 bit Windows 7, btw.

Re: Open new tab instead of reusing selected tab
Awesome, thanks! (I tried searching the forums, but did not find the right terms to search on.) However this solution changes another behavior. Whereas before it would bring XYPlorer to the front when clicking a folder in windows explorer, not it does not. It opens a new tab in XY but does not bring...

Re: Windows 7 Explorer Favorites
Yes, I know about XYPlorer's favorites. I'd like to see the Win 7 favorites as that is what appear when opening from all of the various programs I use, and I'd not like to have to maintain two sets of favorites. Yes I am quite sure I installed the 64 bit tomcat. I tried to be very explicit: the fold...

Windows 7 Explorer has a new feature (new to me, since XP), that I've actually come to like. There is a Favorites section in the panel on the left. It come prepopulated with some useful locations but you can add to it. This is not included by XYPlorer in its tree panel. Firstly does anyone know a wa...

Re: Quick Upward Navigation
Thank you both...I'd not spotted the breadcrumb feature yet. I still would like to see the clickable addressbar path segments though: it's much simpler than the breadcrumb feature and only requires one click vs the click-select-second click of the breadcrumb feature (though I see other benefits to t...

Quick Upward Navigation
I'd like to suggest a very simple but powerful feature that I've seen in WinScp (this is the only place I've seen it, but it's so simple and useful it ought to be used everywhere): in WinScp if you click on any segment of the path in the address bar it navigates you up to that level. For example if ...
