BTW please pat attention to an older bug, again connected to our weird alphabeth -
when I drop a message from the inbox containing Hebrew leters, then it makes a mishmash of the name given by XY...

I have sent you a sample Hebrew message as well as the debug log.
I have never seen such a prompt notice...

I tried the new version 19.90.0002 but same issue appears...

I found where the problem exists - and why you could not experience it -

When the subject of the message is in English - no problem, drops OK.
But when it is in Hebrew letters - then it fails and creates the R subd.

Wow, I appreciate it very much! But how come the problem appeared only with your version 19.90 and previously worked well? maybe something that you've updated between the versions? Aren't there any other XY users complaining about the same issue? I even don't know if and how to migrate to 32bit Offi...

No change - still cretes the R sub.
I did notice that it used to create a messagefrop subdirectory within the XYplorer program files - under Temp....

so meantime I keep working with 19.80

a chain of subdirectories:
R - Dropbox - XYplorer - Temp - MessageDrop - empty

Enclosed.
It creates a new sub directory named R which is empty...

Right, no drop sign even..
It writes something about process...
Again - no problem with received messages

Still have the problem that dropped messages form Outlook "Sent" folder get the stamp date & time of the dropping time rather that the sent time, while with received messages it workd well. But more important and urgrnt - since upgrading to 19.90 version I cannot drop at all messages f...
