Not renaming via mouse click in tree?
Hello, sorry for the silly question, somehow I seem to be blind to find the relevant option under settings.... How do I prevent folder-names in the tree view from being made active (to rename them), when clicking on them? I mean: Let's suppose: - a folder is already activated. - I click on it (again...

Re: Jump directly to search results?
Thanks for the answers.
My problem resulted from the fact, that all these options are only available when the search has finished.
I was used to be able to jump to search results, while the search (of many TB) is still going on...

Jump directly to search results?
Hello, seems I'm overlooking something very basic: How can I jump to the containing folder of any search results (or folder itself if the search result is a folder)? :titter: :?:  (Can't be that this super basic and important feature is not implemented? I mean, even Win Explorer has this featu...

Re: Bug in Tree View
Hello, I totally understand your point of view, I have a lot of friends/collegues in software developing; one can't do magic without being able to encircle/reproduce the problem. Sorry if my last message came across a bit harsh; it's just that I'm a bit stressed in general and have to prioritize thi...

Re: Bug in Tree View
Well, "all the time" was maybe a little exaggeration. I mean, the problem shows up again and again in totally different situations/drives/folders. I stopped using XYPlorer: I liked the look and heavily relied on operations (dragging/deleting etc.) within the tree. But when I use a tool, I ...

Incompatibility with "Actual File Folders"? (or similar software) :-|
Hello, I really like the little tool "Actual File Folders", which gives quick access to favorite folders and folder history via a title button or hotkey, see screenshot of normal MS Windows Explorer. XYPlorer doesn't seem to support this tool out of the box? Is there any way to get t...

Bug in Tree View
Hello, I mainly bought XYplorer for having a good and stable tree view. Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work right now, see attached screenshot: I constantly get buggy views like that (after having moved folders within the tree from one place to another). Refreshing the tree does NOT help... Any ...

display of sizes
Hello, I think, a quick visual representation of file/folder sizes can be very helpful. But I'm not sooo happy with the current implementation, see the attached file. Don't you think, is's super misleading/un-intuitive? Everybody would instantly think, the first file is largest, wouldn't he? I mean,...

Context Menu Problem
Hello, I read the FAQ section https://www.xyplorer.com/faq-topic.php?id=ctx64 and tried the settings under Configuration -> Other -> Shell integration, but I'm still missing all "normal" right-click-context-menu-entries... See attached screenshots. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Can it be...

Do not expand destination parent folder after moving
Hello Forum, dear XYplorer team, I tried to find the following - in my opinion very basic - option in the program settings, but didn't succeed  Am I just too silly or is this feature really not implementet: When moving a folder in the tree, the desination folder is automatically expanded after...
