Hi,
Why does connecting to a NAS in my network take a long time?
I connect my Windows 10 PC to the NAS using a 10GB ethernet or TB3.
Any idea how to fix this problem?
Thanks

Search only hidden files
Hi,
I'm trying to filter, and after deleting a series of hidden files from my folder structure (files like ".picasa").
Do you know how I can do that? I tried using a filter but couldn't find a way to filter by attribute type (ex, hidden)
Thanks for any h3elp on this topic

Captalization of network folders not being respected
It's been a long-standing issue for me that the folder names of a network drive do not respect capitalization. For example: The folder name in the server is ABCD, but XYplorer shows abcd. There is also a problem with the way XYplorer updates the folder list. Even with the auto-refresh option (Ctrl+S...

Re: XYplorer is taking a long time to open TAMF
Hi, 1. I'm sorry for any problem I may have created with the "TAMF." I'll not use them anymore. 2 Configuration | General | Startup & Exit | [x] No network browsing at startup seems to solve the problem, but also Safety Belts, Network / Assume that servers are available Safety Belts, N...

Re: XYplorer is taking a long time to open TAMF
Hi, 1) TAMF is just a keyword I put with my questions to find them quickly after they are on the board. 2) "Yplorer 26.30.0100 - 30-Day Trial Version - Day 1 - Windows 10, 64-bit, Version 22H2, Build 19045.4651 (10.0) - 2024-08-13 19:20:16 3) yes, my two Qnap NAS I have to say also after this q...

XYplorer is taking a long time to open
Hi,
It's a strange thing that started since the last update.
When launching XYplorer, it takes a very long time to open.
Something is happening in the background, sometimes taking 30 seconds. to show the main screen.
Any suggestion on that? Is it a bug, or what could it be?

copying to Iscsi Drive is not working
I am not able to copy files from my Qnap Nas to the iScsi drive created on my Win 10 PC
I can copy those files using Explorer, but XY does nothing.
Why XY doesn't it work with an Iscsi Drive?

Re: Xyplorer 26 frozen and not responding
Hi,
My XY is hanging at the start and taking a long time to show the directory contents.
Where can I get support for this problem?
With this board being the only support place, finding someone who can effectively solve this problem is quite challenging.
Is anyone able to help me?

Using XYplorer to copy/move files To/from NAS using Thunderbolt
Hi, My pc has TB3 and It's connected to my Qnap NAS using TB3. I have adm privileges in both so there are no security issues. XYplorer can list directories but it doesn't copy or move files between the two devices. It hangs after a short time. If I connect those two devices using ethernet those copy...

Re: removing currently not available location
Switching to the maxi tree solves partially because if you select mini tree again the unavailable drives come back. I tried to find in the .ini files something that will take care of this but had no luck. The only way was to uninstall and reinstall the software which is not a good way to solve the p...
