Re: New User - impressed so far
Is the full change log available as a single document? Hi and welcome, Be careful what you wish for :). Is the "wish list" also contained in a single document? Any other perspectives from those here? Not sure what you mean by wish list, there is a wishes-section in the forum and a roadmap-post by t...

Re: A couple questions
Not sure how I missed that with #1 and fair enough on the 2nd part of #2, but the primary part of the question was if there was a way to set up periodic saving of xyplorer configuration or at least its tag database as it seems to only update upon proper closing of the application. So, if it crashes...

Re: Odds in Drives List
It's not only that there are all identical, they absolutly do not reflect the drive fullyness, look at the percentages in the "Free" column. You are right, this is on Windows7. But looks the same on my Windows10 20H2 machines. Even for smaller drives of ~1TB. You're right: I was looking at the Smal...

Re: Odds in Drives List
Two minor things in the drives-list seem odd to me: 1. Bars in used Space all look the same regardless of % free (or I am not understanding what they are trying to tell me) I can't reproduce the view your screenshot shows, including the identical bars, while using Windows 10 20H2. I'm deducing from...

I'm afraid I don't follow, can you expand on your question and/or show a screenshot?

Re: sysnative sandboxie problem
and why work (after move shortcut to another folder) with win explorer but not with XY? The problem is a Windows compatibility feature in 64-bit Windows that redirects 32-bit programs to their own version of C:\Program Files, i.e. C:\Program Files (x86). Since Windows Explorer is a - very special -...

Re: Virtual drives not appearing in XYplorer 21.20
I *have* enabled View > Mini Tree > Mini Tree. Using View->Auto-Refresh doesn't seem to help. Also a manual refresh (F5) doesn't help. Changing the drive letter doesn't help. The mounted virtual drive does show up in XYplorer if I run a "fresh" instance, but not with my current settings. I've tried...

Possibly View > Auto-Refresh?
Just to be sure, you haven't enabled View > Mini Tree > Mini Tree?

Re: Keeping a selected file in view when changing views
You would think that might help but for me it doesn't. I had it checked already. So as I mentioned in my example above, when I go into detail view from a list view, the file I had selected in list view is not on screen. Funny though, it seems to be alright the other way around. Whatever I have sele...

Re: Keeping a selected file in view when changing views
For me, enabling Tools > Configuration > Sort and Rename > Keep current item in view after resorting, does the trick?

Re: Virtual drives not appearing in XYplorer 21.20
Can't confirm with VeraCrypt 1.24-update7 and XYplorer 21.20.0200 on Windows 10 20H2.
Does running a fresh instance of XYplorer make a difference?
If not, does assigning a different drive letter make a difference?
