This happens to me too - very frequently. I have version 17.90.0100 and was going to update because I thought this was a symptom of my version being out of date.

I've also noted slow start up times.

No pattern to it, just every time I try to use the program.

How to "touch" a file

I need to update one or many files with current date/time for creation date. I've searched and can't seem to find this capability. CRTL + Right clicking a date just shows the date of the file in a variety of formats - with no way of changing it. I'd like to be able to do this for one file or for man...
