So you are tagging 250,000 files? (What's that "230" in your subject line?) IMO that's a bit abusive. Tagging was originally meant to manually and individually mark files to create an alternative layer of organization, independent of the folder structure layer. May I ask what your tagging...

My Tag.dat files is 102.400kb

When tagging over 230 250.000 files it stops tagging files. I cant tag anything anymore. Is this the maximum tags this program can handle?
