Re: How to set a user button to show folder content in pop-up menu?

"&_Media|C:\!APPS\_Media|*" goto "C:\!APPS\_Media"; There are different solutions, one of which is using a popupmenu instead (using popupmenus already explained to you here: https://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?t=16936#p145462 and other topics, as well as in the help file) but easier is deba...

Re: Length for Video Files

Yes it does, if you can't figure out how to add it via the GUI you can try entering this in the address bar : setcolumns(":n-27", 8); you need a codec pack installed for it to work for all formats (it will work for common formats without though), if you don't have one installed and don't want to ins...

Re: How to set a user button to show folder content in pop-up menu?

Since you seem to keep being informed of functionalities you "aren't aware of" perhaps you should read the help file to enlighten yourself, because that is where the answers come from that are supplied to you regularly, for this particular query I suggest this topic: Scripting > Script Files for the...

Re: Variable of the drive XYplorer is run from

For anyone reading this that ever has problems with quoting/variables resolving, you may find it easier to use runq instead.

eg: runq "<xydrive>\My Folder\My Program.exe";

Re: Getting error when trying to use sync feature

You need to change the location of Pane #2, ie. have the 2 locations you want to sync open in each pane before selecting the menu item.

Re: AirPixels

My opinion is I am happy with the current layout, also I'm sure you probably noticed too, but FYI the Live Filter box when next to AB height doesn't adapt yet.

PS: very stealthy tweak :ninja:

Re: Close right tabs

What you want can be achieved via scripting if it is of any interest: https://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=19355&p=161810#p161811 Also in the future please perform a cursory search before posting so as to hopefully avoid duplicates: https://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1932...

Re: Tagitems Question

FWIW: I couldn't reproduce it exactly as shown either although if I have pane 2 active and the item visible in pane 1 that I want to tag, the tag doesn't seem to get set, but the return from tagitems() shows the old tag value correctly. It seems in his follow up post he added additional pertinent in...

Re: Tagitems Question

A refresh should work, eg: tagitems(, "None"); #485; but I'd say this may be a slight bug with your chosen label coloring style, I'll move this topic to bug reports and see what Don thinks.

Re: "found count" in RED font

I'm sure Don will answer your query (personally I doubt there will be a set hard limit because it probs depends on path lengths) but in the meantime, not sure if you think it helps, but if you weren't aware already you can limit the search results returned, eg: *(?).* /l=200000 of course you'd need ...

Re: One-Pane (Merged) Synchronized Browsing?

So you want to navigate into one of the folders that is in the merged listing and get that folders contents re-merged into the same pane? It is possible, but you would have to script it, it isn't a base feature, and I would say it would be an advanced script to write involving PFA I'll let someone w...

Re: One-Pane (Merged) Synchronized Browsing?

You can combine paths in the same pane like this as sample address bar input:

<path 1>;<path 2>? /n

so eg: c:\tools;c:\utils? /n

drop the /n if you want it to recurse. As far as the the FileZilla comparison I am not sure, but you can test it yourself.
