Do you have "Use status bar template" enabled in Config-Templates? If so, what did you write in that text box? I resolved this issue by changing the following configuration item: tools -> Configuration -> Preview -> Preview -> Video Preview -> Check "Preview as thumbnail".

Nothing is entered in the text box "Status Bar" and the "Use status bar template" is unchecked.

Whenever I highlight a video file XYplorer displays the message "playing failed: Automation error". You can see an example in the screenshot. Is it possible to stop this error from occurring?

I'm trying to register XYplorer 24.70 under Windows 11 on a new PC. I have a lifetime key and when I enter it XY indicates it is successfully registered. But when I restart XYplorer it is still not registered.

What can I do to register XYplorer?
