Re: Renaming Files - Is this Possible
I apologize for my ignorance but I have no idea how the response provided would rename files as title case and replace underscores with spaces. Code: Select all #130; #138; I tried the attachment code pasted into the run script dialog on a couple of selected files but it had no effect. Also is there...

Renaming Files - Is this Possible
Sometimes when I download files from the web such as PDFs the file names may be in a form like:
xxxx_xxxx_xxx.pdf
Would it be possible to have a script that renames files to something like:
Xxxxx Xxxx Xxxx.pdf
Best Regards
-Tim C.

Re: File Delete "Nothing To Delete Message" in Error
I guess it is possible the PDF stole the focus perhaps behind the scenes, but visually the file was selected.
I will pay attention and see if I can recreate it at some point.

File Delete "Nothing To Delete Message" in Error
I had a PDF file highlighted and tapped the DEL key and a message popped up stating "Nothing To Delete". I tried the r-clk del menu but still got the same message. I had to shut down XY and Restart, and then the del operation worked. Before the delete operation stopped working I had tried ...

Re: Collapse All
To clarify...
I was referring to using the mouse to R-Click the Scroll bar in the Tree Pane and from there have a Collapse All menu choice to collapse all the tree branches.

GUI Refresh - 2024
Is it my new monitor or has not only the app but the forum UI been refreshed?
The XY App UI is looking improved (it has been about 6 months since I reloaded).
Best Regards

Tool Bar Config Send To
Hardly a priority but seems you have some many nice functions built in . . . . Why Not
Add a function that allows a toolbar button to be sent to (via right-click menu)
-The End
-The Begining
-## Number Up
-## Number Down

Right Click Menu Item Colors
Would it be possible to add parameters to allow the user to define right click menu item colors?
It would be nice to be be able to define colors to "COPY" and "PASTE" on the right click menu so they stand out.
Best Regards

Re: Menu Bar and Drop Down Menu Font Size - Solution
It just so happened that one of my monitor color settings went wonky during this period that I was exploring the menubar text sizing (it was 15+ years old, with max res of 2560 x 1440). The second monitor on my desk is a 4k. This arrangement always required tweaking to get apps to appear satisfactor...

Menu Bar and Drop Down Menu Font Size - With Solution
Is it possible to adjust the menu bar and drop-down menu font size?
The Font Settings in the Configuration dialog do not seem to effect those two areas of the UI.
Dealing with (2) separate monitors of different resolutions, look for a happy medium font height.
Thanks in Advance

How to setup an alias as a shortcut to a directory
Is it possible to setup an alias as a shortcut to a directory? I have paths with spaces so I have tried to setup an alias pointing to a directory both in and out of quotes. I have not had any success in getting it to work. The end target is to be able to use alias in a favorite folder list such that...
