Re: Save Settings Every X Minutes
Autosave does not "perform itself". Check out the manual: Autosave settings after this many minutes Tick it to automatically save all settings after X minutes (allowed values are 1-9999), measured from the last time all settings were saved (whether automatically or manually). Note that Au...

Re: 16.10 changes line spacing height on existing installs
CTRL+SHIFT scrolling does nothing special whether I try it on the List or the Tree. It just causes normal scrolling. I can't find a setting that would affect this either. <XYplorer.ini>\[Settings]\ZoomByWheel should be set to 1 for this trick to work. Then you can adjust line height (CTRL+SHIFT+whe...

Re: 16.10 changes line spacing height on existing installs
2. [...] How do I get to the original appearance I had with 16.00.0200? All of these metrics can be changed on-the-fly using Ctrl+Shift+Wheel over the controls. If you've saved settings, then your only choice is CTRL+SHIFT scrolling on the list, tree and catalog. CTRL+SHIFT scrolling does nothing s...

Re: Save Settings Every X Minutes
It does exactly the same as if you'd manually click "Save Settings". Please double check to verify this. I just lost everything literally 2 minutes ago, v16.10 on XP-32. Crashed, reopened it, and it's showing me Tabs and Recent Locations History from weeks ago. Stuff that very obviously i...

Re: Save Settings Every X Minutes
Do you have this checked? Configuration > Startup & Exit > Include most-recently-used lists on save Also look inside the "Apply to" button. I think autosave respects these settings. I had them all checked except "Tabsets", which if I understand Tabsets correctly, is somethin...

Re: Save Settings Every X Minutes
It seems like the new Auto Save feature is only saving Settings, but not the Tabs locations etc, which for me is as important, if not more important, than the settings themselves. I had assumed Auto Save would save everything - identical to hitting the Save button - but it only seems to save setting...

16.10 changes line spacing height on existing installs
Two issues. 1. I can no longer find a link to the Detailed Change Log on http://www.xyplorer.com anywhere. Can that be added back? The file still exists at http://www.xyplorer.com/download/History.txt 2. I just updated from 16.00.0200 to 16.10 on Windows XP and immediately I noticed my ListView look...

Followup, when I submitted the above Reply, it said "This message has been submitted successfully, but it will need to be approved by a moderator before it is publicly viewable. You will be notified when your post has been approved.". So I think J_c_hallgren may have been incorrect when he...

Re: Save Settings Every X Minutes
Oh wow, way at the bottom. I'm not sure if that was there before or not. But I did get a PM from j_c_hallgren saying he fixed my account so it should be approved now. However I can't reply to his PM. It says "We are sorry, but you are not authorised to use this feature. You may have just regist...

Auto-save Settings every [x] Minutes
This has been a long standing request of mine for several years. I run Xyplorer all the time, for weeks, and it's a devastating loss of data when it crashes and I haven't Saved Settings lately. I lose all my recently Tagged data, my Favorites changes, my Tabs, etc. I would like an option to Automati...
