I'm using XYplorer 15.80.0100 in Windows Vista, 7 and 10. I am finding that with TortoiseSVN 1.8.11 and 1.8.12, the icon overlays are displayed, but with 1.9.0 or 1.9.2 (I didn't try 1.9.1) the overlays are not displayed.
