Re: Single-pane mode

I decided to try out this v8.1 after reading all this mellifluous praise. Tabs are restricted to above the file pane as if it is unrelated to the tree, yet clicking on a tab changes the focus of the tree? Selecting dual pane gives me one ginormous tree pane and two file panes with independen...

You said that?
Good joke

The key is recognizing this in oneself.

Re: Bug fixes for XYplorer 7.90.0261 (XYplorer Classic)

All other are bombastic high sounding words that give nothing to anybody. May I suggest you try not to be so self-oriented? As I have already stated to another, just because you did not receive something, that doesn't mean someone else did not. There is nothing left to say about this subject...

Re: Bug fixes for XYplorer 7.90.0261 (XYplorer Classic)

You said: "good luck". My friend, I don't believe you. Although you were not the intended audience, I am nevertheless sorry that you could not see my motive. :( BTW, anyone who thinks, " Ask not what XYplorer can do for me, ask what I can do for XYplorer " is my friend. B...

Re: XYplorer 7.90.0261

@Uagadugu: A quick question for you, lets say i don't like Scripting at all, would you expect Admin to provide current bug fixes to all versions before the Scripting? And maybe some one doesn't like Catalog, same thing for him too? You see where this is going? Yes, I do; I wouldn't be here if I did...

Re: XYplorer 7.90.0261

Good luck convincing Don to supply you with bug fixes and double his workload each time he introduces a feature you don't like... Friend, you seem to forget this is Don's child, not yours. I do not need to convince Don, much less convince you; I bought a license, I am entitled to voice my co...

Re: XYplorer 7.90.0261

I simply do not care to change any diapers while this hybrid grows just so that I may have access to bug fixes. What a lot of words there... j_c, you should be the very last person on this forum to talk about someone using a lot of words... Remember that no one is holding you at gunpoint forc...

You are free to believe what you want to believe.

The question I would like to ask is:
How significant/relevant is your belief?

Re: XYplorer 7.90.0261

Please re-read what you've quoted. I said nothing about you asking for new features to be implemented, but you are asking that Don fork and continue to support XY every time he adds a feature that a user may not want. In essence you want him to double his work whenever he adds a feature. Friend, I ...

Re: XYplorer 7.90.0261

The only UI that is not " in a state of flux " is on a app that is no longer being developed or modified and is thus perfectly stable...yes, there were some significant changes to UI for DP but those are now complete, so I don't at all understand your point...change is required to add new...

Re: XYplorer 7.90.0261

It would be silly to expect Don to fork and support the project every time a feature comes along that someone doesn't like. Sir, I specifically asked about bug fixes , not "features". Microsoft has provided bug fixes for previous versions of Windows for some time after each new rel...
