New pc
It was on a Freshly installed and updated Windows 2000 workstation at work. Guess that I need to send a mail to our IT service to tell them that they should at least temporarily disable the recycle bin when installing new PC's.... The recycle bin was full with temporary files from updates and instal...

Yep...
That was indeed the case. Emptying the recycle bin (took 267 minutes in total ;-)) did the trick!

Even better:
I'll try to explain it... By default, when I double click a directory icon in Windows, I use XYplorer to open it (Windows Explorer crashes on me a lot due to some problem with TortoiseSVN or so). However, unless I double click my start-path folder, XYplorer always shows me 2 tabs... In fact, when I ...

That would be nice
That would be nice. Personally, I prefer my startpath to remain the same always. Depending on the project I'm working on, I can then change it at will...

Last open tab.
I also think, that if 'don't save tabs' is checked, XYplorer should retain the old start path, instead of change it to the last tab that was open.

Build ...32 tabs bug
I set "C:\" as my start path, and saved the config. Then, I checked the don't save tabs and don't save history options. When I now launch a new XYplorer instance with a path on the command line, XYplorer opens and shows 2 tabs : one new tab for the specified path and one "empty" ...

Re-use tab feature has a small bug
When you open a folder using the XYplorer command line switch, a new tab no longer appears if a tab for that folder is already open. However : If you have no instance open yet, and the folder specified on the command line is the same folder as the startpath in the ini file... ;-) You guessed it : st...

XYplorer hang
Also, when I select Tools>Recycle bin stats, XY eplorer hangs completely. Only killing the process helps.

Yes
It seems to be a message from Windows Explorer (the title bar says so). But I have no problem at all when I just double-click on the recycle bin icon on the desktop.

Better
It seems to work fine now, except for the Tools>Open recycle bin command. It gives the following error :
The path '::{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}' does not exist or is not a directory. A search for the above string in regedit DOES result in the Recycle bin class.

Nice!
That could do the trick! I'll try it right away!
By the way : I bought XYplorer only yesterday, but since then I have noticed that there is a lot of activity on the forum, and that support is really great! Thanks a lot for that!
