Lumma Stealer malware detected
Just installed the latest beta (v28.00.0521), and Windows Security deleted XYplorer.exe from my Windows 11 system after detecting LummaStealerThemida.AIMTB. I don't know if this problem is unique to the beta or the fact that I switched to the "XYplorer Style" under "Highlights & D...

Re: 64 bit version - font always with ClearType ON
Can we please just push a fix for this ASAP. I can't think of a single program that forces ClearType on its users.

Re: 64 bit version - font always with ClearType ON
I legitimately feel like I'm being trolled. 1. Why? I blew the screenshots up so you can better see the difference between the older and newer version of the program. 2. It's XYplorer's default fonts... 3. Because I don't like how it looks? You said that the issue is "on my list" in July. ...

Re: 64 bit version - font always with ClearType ON
Top is 64-bit. Bottom is 32-bit. Notice the color fringing?

XYplorer shows generic icon in taskbar upon initial launch
When I start XYplorer for the first time after a reboot, Windows 11 shows a generic icon for the program in the taskbar. But if I close and launch XYplorer, the icon appears normally. Anyone else have this problem?

Is it possible to retain the created/modified/accessed dates of a folder when...
...you're overwriting it with a folder that has the same file name? I guess the setting I'm looking for is "Do not replace original folder if being overwritten with one that has the same file name."

Re: Thumbnails are not saving
No, just thumbnail view. And this regards the generation of folder thumbnails. From what I can figure, this is happening because: 1. There are a ton of folders being processed, which is interfering with performance, and what I'm actually seeing is XYplorer struggling to load everything despite the b...

Re: Thumbnails are not saving
It's a folder with nearly 12,000 subfolders. When I go to another tab, and then go back to that folder, I have to wait for the "created thumb" process to run through all over again.

Re: Folder with folder thumbnail
I have no idea how to find the file path for the original folder icon(s). Apparently, they're embedded in a system file called shell32.dll.mun now?

Re: Folder with folder thumbnail
Yes, it's a complete eyesore, and I have no idea why it was requested in the first place. (Ever think about just not having empty folders in your system?)

Why is there a correlation between the XYplorer and Windows thumbnail caches?
I have Windows 10 configured to never show or cache thumbnails, but when I generate thumbnails in XYplorer, the Windows thumbnail cache grows along with it.
Why is that? I thought XYplorer uses its own thumbnail database.

Re: Highlighting folders that match the contents of a text file?
Thanks.
I also learned that this can be done with voidtools's Everything search.

Highlighting folders that match the contents of a text file?
Let's say I have a text file with the following list: alfa bravo charlie And I have a file directory with the following folders: alfa bravo charlie delta echo Is there a way I could run the text file through XYplorer and have it only highlight the folder names that match those in the text file (alfa...
