Hm. Now I can't either. Will screen-record the next time I see it happen.
Thanks.

"To clipboard > Item/path" incorrect in find files result
I'm searching for all files larger than 100 MB on a drive. It works fine. Below is a screenshot of an example result. When I copy the full path of the top file, I get this: M:|\itizens' Media TV\Braylon's Warriors\home interview\Braylons Warriors raw audio interview-01.zip The correct path is this: ...

Re: Search for newest files underneath current directory (save search)
I mean to say, how can the saved search use the directory at which I am located when the search is EXECUTED, as opposed to the directory saved into the search.

Re: Search for newest files underneath current directory (save search)
Excellent! Thanks.
How can I do this so it uses the current directory, instead of the directory used when the search was saved?

Search for newest files underneath current directory (save search)
I'd like to be able to press a toolbar button (or by clicking an item in the section in the below screenshot... don't know what it's called), to start a search that shows me all *.txt files in that directory (or sub directories) that were created or modified in the last couple hours. How can I do th...

Agreed. It should just be close to PCRE as possible, in my opinion.TheQwerty wrote:I'm all for improving XY's regex engine, but I don't think it should be something user configurable.

Re: Duplicate Tab?
I created a new user script for
Which does the trick. Assigned Ctrl+Alt+T to it.
Curious if there's a built-in/non-scripting way to do it.
Code: Select all
tab("new");

Re: Duplicate Tab?
You mean right click on a tab and then "New Tab"? It's not duplicating the tab. It's opening a new to to the default location (which for me is C:\).admin wrote:New Tab does it.
How exactly do you duplicate a tab?

+1 as well.
Don't know if this is compatible, but TextPad uses the Boost regex engine, which has some lookbehind issues, but is otherwise an excellent PCRE-like engine.

Better way to switch among Favorite locations, like a separate toolbar use the catalog. I use both custom toolbar buttons (CTB) and the catalog. Here's the CTB that lists my favorite folders on the C:\ drive when left-clicked, and goes to the root when right-clicked: Snip: CTB 1 XYplorer 15.00.0104...

Yeah, 6 releases in February is promising. Definitely worth the huge amount of time I devote to write the 'almost' complete ST3 manual. @aliteralmind: Sorry, but most ST3' weakness in your Worpress post are not correct, that's normal due to lack of documentation. exampe: - Macro are editable (*.sub...
