Hi jupe,
Not working for me.
EDIT - It appears this was a PC issue, reinstalling various drivers has now fixed the issue. Thanks.

Re: Double left click goes up, not down?
Thanks, that appears to have worked.
MDBU doesn't work at all if I left click on the icon, however. What am I missing?

Double left click goes up, not down?
New PC, Win 11, V.26.70.0400 64 bit So when I click on a folder I would expect the folder too open (that's what it's always done). Now when I double click on the final folder containing files, it goes back to the previous folder? And MDBU has stopped working. It does nothing. This is now getting so ...

Files moving left when selected in Folders
For example, when I have two columns of files and a scroll bar is shown at the bottom, when I click a file in the right hand column, the columns shift to the left, resulting in the left hand column of files being obscured.
Can I prevent this from happening?

Re: Sort folders by name, contents by date modified.
Folders in alphabetical order, other files in last modified order. At the moment if you apply the fix suggested, then click 'modified', everything gets arranged in modified order. I want the folders to stay in alphabetical order. EDIT: Solved it, all you have to do is Tools/Config/Sort and Rename/ T...

Re: Sort folders by name, contents by date modified.
I'm just bringing this thread back from the dead because it's exactly what I'm trying to achieve. (but have failed). So far nothing seems to work. To clarify; I am trying to have all the folder inside another folder in alphabetical order, then any other files that are in the same folder, in addition...

Re: !!! CYBER MONDAY 2014 PROMOTION !!!
Thanks Donald, I've actually set things up much better with the Pro version so no need to try your migration suggestion. It was more of a "is it possible" sort of query. So everything is working just great now, keep up the good work.

Re: !!! CYBER MONDAY 2014 PROMOTION !!!
Hi Eternal, What happened was that I couldn't find a way to upgrade from within the free version after buying the Pro license (all I got was a message saying "You can't upgrade from that key" or words to that effect), so I downloaded the full version and then upgraded from within that to P...

Re: !!! CYBER MONDAY 2014 PROMOTION !!!
Hi, I just took advantage of your offer for the Lifetime License Pro. I actually have the free version installed at the moment, my question is do I now need to download the other non-free version before I can upgrade or can it be done from within the free version? Thanks, awesome software. EDIT: I d...

Aha, I see. I was just looking at the help file and it doesn't mention that. Thanks for clarifying.

Re: Rename a file
Maybe, on a 64bit system, you set "Show 64-bit Context Menu"? (See below  ) If yes: this only shows 64 bit entries - and Rename seems not to be shown here. Select 32bit in the 64bit menu, or deselect: Configuration / Other / Shell Integration / 64-bit Windows / Show the 64-bit co...

Rename a file
This should be pretty easy, and I'm sure it is...maybe. For all of time since using Windows, if I right click on a file name, somewhere down the bottom of the list that pops up is "Rename". But not in my list? I don't want to use double click as a way to rename, I want double click to open...
