Semi-Permanently Hide Select Folders?
First, please disregard the password reset I just requested. As is evident I am obviously here. I have a huge vault of icons and some of the folders can crash my XP. How/Where can I filter out these resource hogs such that only a specific instruction from me will (temporarily) display the ...

Re: Need a little guidance on producing REPORTS
It doesn't work Qwerty. And it just crashed my XYplorer.TheQwerty wrote:You can do it in the GUI by performing a recursive search (or branch view) for all items (empty name or '*') first and then generating a Current List report on the results. This also allows you to exclude specific folders as desired.

Re: Need a little guidance on producing REPORTS
F12 (Info Panel) -> Report Tab -> Current List reports on selected items (even folders) but not on their content (recursive) By which I take you to mean, Highend, the file names themselves? Well shoot. I'll have to do this in Treesize Pro (or one of the exceedingly inferior free file managers). :ve...

Re: Need a little guidance on producing REPORTS
Highend thank you for the reply. I'm sorry to ask this but I have no idea what you mean. Doesn't XYplorer have a built-in option somewhere to do this? ie. clicking boxes, or selecting options?

Re: Easy to read font and bacground color to use
Well I'd better preface this with my patented Semicodin Disclaimer™ . . . I am a Font Snob . I cringe at the thought of using anything other than an Adobe Type1 Postscript font. There is simply no equal, and I'm sorry — OTF, TTF, EOT, WOFF, Son-of-WOFF, Grandson-of-WOFF — they are all inferior to a ...

Need a little guidance on producing REPORTS
So I've got this folder and want to exclude just one sub -folder, and report on the rest. I noodled around with it, thinking I should just check all the folder boxes but the one I don't want and it keeps taking the entire contents. Here's what I need: FILE NAME FILE PATH FILE SIZE DATE Created DATE ...

Re: Would love an SVG preview option
It's exquisite isn't it? I tell people that the difference between SVG and a raster graphic (such as PNG) is like the difference between an Edison E27 lightbulb you could fry an :om: on, and a Philips SlimStyle LED. I presume none of us are filthy rich? so a $10 Lightbulb is going to be a hard sell....

If you have a 32-bit thumbnail handler there shouldn't be a problem. I'm not certain what you're suggesting because the comment is too ubiquitous. ... Sorry, I meant to write "a 32-bit thumbnail handler for SVG". Here is an app that helps you find out what thumbnail handlers you have: htt...
