I believe I tried the simple xyplorer.exe %1 command. It didn't work. I'll try again...

Update: Dho! I told you I would feel stupid. Indeed! :oops:

I think I was using $exec($parent("%1")) before, so I assumed it was exactly the same as xyplorer.exe %1. Weird.

What I miss from XP and many older utilities is the "size on disk" feature (for adjusting partition performance.) Win7 no longer shows it for volumes, only folders. Neither does FileMenu Tools. XYplorer only shows it for folders as well. So I end up adding the "wasted space" for ...

Generally, I just turn on Show Folder Sizes in Xyplorer when I need to. Sometimes, I like to use FileMenu Tools , which has a "size of folders" command (works in XYplorer's context menu too.) The nice thing about this one is that it gives you the option to analyze hard links . For example ...
