what setting am I overlooking? When I change a filename, the tab refreshes the display to show the new sort order When a download arrives to that folder, the tab doesn't refresh until I hit f5. I am sure I messed up a setting, somewhere, sometime - please remind me where to look and what to change? ...

what is the recommendation for Installing as Admin? Running?

I tried installing as Admin, added license, then closed.

When I opened from Start, it opened as User and I "had" to re-enter License.
