Re: Error 11 (Divide by Zero) When Doing a Plain Text search
I've installed several versions of XYplorer, each in their own directory: V22_90_0100 V23_90_0200 V24_40_0000 I ran the exact same search using each of these versions and I get the same Divide by Zero failure each time. The machine where the failures occur is a Lenovo T460P running Windows 10 Pro 64...

Re: Error 11 (Divide by Zero) When Doing a Plain Text search
Just to be clear, I ran the script with the Configuration options
"Use 64-bit IFilters for content search" and "Fall back to IFilters
of the other bitness" both unchecked.

Re: Error 11 (Divide by Zero) When Doing a Plain Text search
I did some experimenting to see if I could simplify the test by restricting the search to a single directory and its subdirectories. The goal was to reduce the number of files being examined and, therefore, reduce the elapsed time for a given test. My initial pass was with both "Use 64-bit IFil...

Re: Error 11 (Divide by Zero) When Doing a Plain Text search

Thanks for removing the attachment which contained a license key.
That key was no longer valid, however, I appreciate the diligence.

Re: Error 11 (Divide by Zero) When Doing a Plain Text search
Well, it's still running (very slowly). There have been a few more Divide by Zero errors on different .eml files in different directories. Not all .eml files seem to cause the problem, and there have not been any of these errors on any other file types. FYI, the .eml files are created by Thunderbird...

Re: Error 11 (Divide by Zero) When Doing a Plain Text search
Gee, I don't know. I canceled the search after a slew of those error displays.
I'll give it another shot now and let it continue to run. I should be able to
report back to you shortly.

Error 11 (Divide by Zero) When Doing a Plain Text search
When doing a plain text search over the entire "C:" volume XYplorer V24.30.0100 repeatedly reports "Error 11 Division by zero". The attached file "XY_V24.30.0100_Find_Dialog_1.jpg" shows what was specified in the "Find Files" dialog. The attached file "XY...

How to specify a Unicode or UTF-x search string
I'd like to perform a search for files containing a Unicode or UTF-8 or UTF-16 text string. How do I specify that in the "Contents" input area of the Edit -> Find Files dialog?
