v28.00.0300: dragging an item w/ overlong file path to Outlook crashes XY
Hi Don, when I drag an item with an overlong file path into a new email in Outlook (so that it should be attached), then XY chrashes without notice. The XY window simply disappears. I understand that the process of attaching the file to the email might not work with Outlook because of the overlong f...

Re: +++ BREAKING NEWS: XYplorer goes twinBASIC +++
For me, 64 works fine. I'd suggest you give it a whirl before jumping back. Maybe it will work fine for you already as well.
XY merch
Hi all, Hi Don, In the recent weeks, I thought I had read about the idea of XY merch in the forums and I can't get it out of my head. E.g., I would really like a coffee or tea cup with an XY logo (old version). A towel would also be nice or some pencils or other stuff. Anyone here, who would also li...

Re: v28.00.0100 won't install
confirm, the xyplorer64_28.00.0100.exe seems to be installing XY 28.00.0008, ending in an endless update loop if auto-check for updates is activated.

Re: XYplorer64.chm does not work
I solved it.
Turns out, I had a "#" character in my path and the chm interpreter did not like that.
I now changed the # to an underline (_) and now it works as expected.

Re: XYplorer64.chm does not work
I first installed the new XY TB a while ago. So maybe that XYplorer64.chm is a remainder from that time?

Re: XYplorer64.chm does not work
Ah, I did not see that there were two chm files in the app folder. It is a completely separate XY TB installation with the latest beta installed. When I hit F1, the help file that opens shows the error page. I manually checked both help files. The problem exists with both. Seemingly on all pages. Fo...

Re: Session Manager [v7.90] — Bookmark your environments: locations and/or display (save/restore tabsets and layout)
Update: The problem was sitting in front of the monitor. I had overlooked the info: <------ Sessions missing and sessions below ------> <------ will be listed last and alphabetically ------> All my sessions where inserted below those lines. As soon as I inserted my session names above, it worked as ...

x64: scripting command html seems to not work anymore (correctly)
This line of script worked fine in the 32 bit version:
In the x64 version the view window pops but does not show the website. Instead in only shows black space. see image.

Re: +++ BREAKING NEWS: XYplorer goes twinBASIC +++
You guys think that MacOS really is the best option in the face of such concerns? Does Apple have no such tendencies? Are you sure? My reflex would lean towards Linux in such a case. Any reasons that would rather speak for Apple?

Re: +++ BREAKING NEWS: XYplorer goes twinBASIC +++
Now that the x64 version has been officially released, will there still be updates to the 32 bit version?
