I'm running XP Sp3 with xyplorer 11.80 and I get frequent freezes. I'm not sure if they only last 10 sec because I usually go to task manager and juts manually kill the process and then restart it. This is a fairly recent development and I used to run 11.70 and upgraded to see if it solved my probl...
