How does it look in Light Mode (non dark)?

I'm out of ideas at the moment. I'm quite sure it is not a true "Division by zero" error but some other error that confuses the error management. The necessary combination is Dropbox path + PDF file selected + Bringing XY to the foreground ... how weird can it become? And you are the only one report...

Can you manually rename the files the way you want them?

Just an idea to see all you folders in the list, but in a tree-like layout. Might make it easier to rename them in a meaningful way.

A Branch View for "Folders Only" should put all the folders in the list pane where you can batch rename them.

On the other hand XYplorer is not too hard to find. When I google "file manager windows" (without the quotes) I see XYplorer mentioned in the top 5, and the website itself is in the top 30. So it's visible I'd say.

"no definite way to repro it..." then it might be a race condition. Unfortunately I have not seen it myself. I use the same locked tabs for many years and it never happened here.
