When I select already tagged file, and go to Main Menu - Tags - Edit Tags by List , I can see that tags are preselected. In same case, if i press Set Tags button - Tag List..., there are nothing preselected. Is it expected behavior? If we compare Set Tags... command in Set Tags button, and Edit Tags...

OK, I didn't think about that. You have right for your described scenario. For my needs, I mostly don't use such deep folders structure.

You can mark favorite folders in tree with highlighted color, one by one. Select folder in tree, and press Ctrl+Shift+B. Default color is yellow. You can change default color.

I often move files from my default download folder, to other folders, and if I want to see these files later, needs to browse many folders, or perform search. It is slow, sometimes.
