Re: "Office Files" ... hmm...
Not all of the selections in the category are "MS" or "Office" files so I think "Doc Files" or "Document Files" are good generic options.

Re: Is this a fact?
IMO, good product documentation is a balancing act. It depends on who it is written to help. Those who have no knowledge, some knowledge or are very knowledgeable of how the product is used. Or the steps in configuring the product to operate as needed. The OP could be referring to the time required ...

Re: Ver 23.00.000 Download Update Ques
Since Don has posted on some other topics after a short break, I thought I would bump this for his answer before I update.
Is there any difference in the program whether it is xyplorer_full.zip or xyplorer_23.00.0000.zip or just an oops?
Thanks,

Re: Observation on startup times and cloud supported AVs
I would like to ask a question about the excluded AV settings.
What is the difference in placing the files shown above in Excluded files and locations versus Excluded processes section?

Re: HELP Please with XYPlorer After PC Crash
If I were to copy the XYplorer-v22_10_0000 Conf.ini to a different location, rename it to XYplorer.ini and copy it back to C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\XYplorer is it possible this could solve all of this? It may then pop up as an evaluation copy, I can enter my info and it will write it to that X...

Re: HELP Please with XYPlorer After PC Crash
highend, Found CrumbHamburger=1 . But it wasn't in XYplorer.ini. It is in the XYplorer-v22_10_0000 Conf.ini I posted about earlier. This is the .ini that doesn't have my license info. I am also seeing that XYplorer-v22_10_0000 Conf.ini has my TagsList to select from. Thinking back, when I was using ...

Re: HELP Please with XYPlorer After PC Crash
I am making headway. It is beginning to look like what I had set up before the crash. The only items not as before is my Toolbar, Colors and Styles configuration, Tab settings and Hamburger Menu. When I bring up the Hamburger Menu it only shows the default menu selections as if it was a new install....

Re: HELP Please with XYPlorer After PC Crash
OK, I found it. it is under C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\XYplorer I deleted the Data folder I had put in C:\Program Files (x86)\XYplorer (after first copying it to a different drive and folder just in case there was something in it I may need for some reason later). I was able to start XYplorer wit...

Re: HELP Please with XYPlorer After PC Crash
Sorry but I don't get it. My program is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\XYplorer and the Data file folder is in the same installation folder C:\Program Files (x86)\XYplorer\Data. What am I missing? Should Setup.ini possibly be: [Appdata] Path=%APPDATA%\XYplorer\Data In my mind, meaning that XYpl...

Anything I can try there? ::#1061; That did it :appl:  and jupe is right, why the hell are you using CODE: SELECT ALL [Appdata] Path=%APPDATA%\XYplorer but put all your stuff under the XYplorer installation folder?... Up in the earlier posts I mentioned I had found in the user guide that the...

Sorry, it has been a LOOONG time since I have done anything in the DOS box.
If I did what you meant I get this:
I am able to bring up the Address Bar in the Toolbar. Anything I can try there?
