I could see the glider when it first showed up (empty of content). Ever since then, I can't figure out how to make it show. Yes, I checked the show glider in Tools Customize Tree. It magically appeared as a problem, maybe it will go the same way.

I am (trying to drag) from list. (in fact, as mentioned earlier, dragging from the list to the desktop on the tree, it works!
