So... Reinstall the software that was installed and functioning?

I just moved from the 32-bit to the 64-bit version.
On the 32-bit version, I was able to Ctrl-Right click to see the "native" (?) context menu (that would show, for example, the options for the installed WinRAR.
How do I reach said menu on the 64-bit version?

I created a paper folder (through the View|paper folder|new commands) Added a button to the toolbar (see details below). I expect (and it use to behave this way) to be able to drop files from the list onto the button (one or more) and if/when I double click said button it would take me to the paper ...

no changes to it that I am aware of.
Has there been any change in functionality that I missed?
I recreated (or thought I did) vía view paper folders new, but to no avail.
Anything you can think to help me resolve this?
I use it all the time...
