Thanks for the great Info. I tried the winkey+1 to open/activate XYplorer and that works great.
I think I will try the INI tweak next to see which one works better for me.

New script works great for me. Just one request could you add "Filter tags".

I might be dreaming but, it would be great if there was a way for the user to pick
which filters they would like to have or add to your list. Though your list would be good for most.

Deleted the SimpleUpdater.ini and found IF($count>20){.
Waiting for new beta to try the change before changing the count to 40.

I'm interested in PSPad syntax highlighting.
Though I haven't had the time to adventure into scripting much.
I use PSPad because there is XYplorer syntax highlighting for it.

My bad I forgot that tag.dat just points to the file.
I guess its just a unrealistic dream that XYplorer could attach or identify a file without modifying it.

How does ADS differ from tag.dat?

I guess I was refiring to the tag.dat thinking this would help keep the file from getting to large to quick. I thought if it was a option to copy the tag/comment data with the file only if needed. What about adding a option to copy tags & comments on copy. I don't always need to copy all the data with a file only on special occasions. When I move a program to a flash drive to share with someone there is no need for all that. If I want to copy it to a flash drive for my own use it would be...

Works great for me. I think it would be better if this could be incorporated into the copy function itself.
It would even better if this was feature of XYplorer copy function.
