Agreed. There must be something amiss with lakeir's system. XY creates flawless thumbnails (especially with Smooth/Neutral settings.)

23.90.0000 is not in the freezer. I cannot do without XY, I own three lifetime licenses, but I don't see an improvement over 23.90. The new beta may have fixed 445, but it seems to have introduced new issues with thumbnail creation. 23.90 just works. So, I am going to stick with a version that does ...

I went back to 23.90.0000 which just works. I am thankful I kept the installer.

I stumbled into this using 24.20.518. I had thumbnail display selected and inadvertently entered this folder. The Error 445 box shows up and there is no way out of it except to tap close for each file until all files have been examined. If there are 500 "bad" files in the folder, XY forces...

Likely this is not a bug, but I have a question related to 23.90.0200. I said it works perfectly but I just noticed something that puzzles me. My start folder for XY contains 11 empty folders. When 23.90.0200 starts up, I see the + icon flash in front of each empty folder name in the tree. 23.90.000...

I only use the default tree/list setup. Is that considered the Maxi Tree?

Oops, I see where my "Well, yes." was not appropriate. No, it does not work. With 23.90.0101, I have to display the Server List and click OK to populate the tree. 23.90.0000 populates the tree as expected on startup.

My sincere apology for the confusion.
