I have F2 removed, but for several file selection pressing F2 will bring Batch Rename.
Maybe it's related to remapping F2 to a script?

I found why it is displayed on your computer. You have Tree and List -> Show Recycle Bin Folder = ON.
If you turn off Show Recycle Bin Folder, the dotted line between drives is not displayed.

Sorry for adding one more post to this topic.
This is not happening for 2 drives which are on the same level in tree.
So it should be the some for This PC and Network. No dotted line.

XY behavior:
1. select a file
2. click on empty space
3. press F2 > the previous selected file has it's name in editing mode.

How can I clear focus when click on empty space (like it is in File Explorer) so when I press F2 to do nothing?

Popup edit menu is XY menu, not an OS menu.
Additional options in XY can do the trick.

It is the 64bit context menu, containing 2 shortcuts for 64bit programs.
For right click on files, one icon is displayed, one not.
For folders it's OK. Both icons are displayed.
The issue is selective behavior of XY.
