Re: Folder on mapped drive: "Location does not exist"
Should work better in the latest BETA (v9.30.0024). Problem is still present in 9.40 (which I'm guessing supersedes 9.30.x beta versions) - although I'm now getting a "prohibited" icon (red circle with a slash) rather than a blue plus icon on the drives. This is what I see when I select m...

More prominent links to Wiki, Product Tour, etc.
I really like XYplorer (bought the lifetime pro license about 6 months ago), but there have been a couple times when I've shelved it and gone back to Windows Explorer due to the simple fact that my lack of understanding was frustrating and impeding my productivity. I know there's a lot of power unde...

Folder on mapped drive: "Location does not exist"
After rebooting or logging out and logging back in, I can browse to a mapped drive and its subfolders in Windows Explorer (even going directly to a Favorite subfolder in Vista's Explorer), but when I open XYplorer and try to: A) open a favorite that points to a subfolder on a mapped drive xy-mapped-...

Re: Share configuration among instances / Instant save
Thanks for the quick replies! SkyFrontier: those are certainly among my reasons for using multiple instances - XY isn't alone among programs which can get hung up waiting for outside processes/resources to continue working, and it can be a huge productivity boon to multitask. Also, I wasn't aware I ...

Share configuration among instances / Instant save
This will probably be unpopular, but I'd like to (humbly ;)) request: (A) an option to share common configuration data among several windows/instances, so that any changes made in one window's configuration are quickly caught and parsed in any other running instances (most likely to the registry for...

Re: Only first 5 or 6 subfolders shown in tree
- does this problem happen in other locations in the folder tree? The other couple times I remember this happening, I don't believe it was a "special" folder like this, although it may have been a mapped network location. Keep in mind that the other times in the past that it happened were...

Re: Only first 5 or 6 subfolders shown in tree
Thanks for the tips, especially about the F4 keyboard shortcuts - didn't realize the tree was refreshed separately from the file list. Next time I'll RTFM a little more thoroughly :) <smacks forehead> I had already dug pretty deep into the configuration and enabled display of hidden and system files...

Only first 5 or 6 subfolders shown in tree
(See attached screenshot) Sometimes when double-clicking a folder in the tree to expand its subfolders, only the first several folders are displayed. Even hitting F5 doesn't cause it to reparse or refresh the tree. For example, in the attached screenshot, I'm running XYplorer 8.80 under Windows 7, b...
