I find the catalogue to be one of the most useful tools in my work. My disadvantage is that I have to keep a lot of catagories collapsed inorder to maintain as large a view as possible for the tree beneath the catalog. Somewhere the ability to color code a folder disappeared. I don't see it in the right click context menu in 9.6.0100

I am trying to use the "move up" button/command and configure it, but can't find it. The web page description shows this to be under tools/configuration/advanced/settings. But I do not have a settings option in Advanced. Is there another way to unlock this feature? Thanks.
