Re: Do you like the new application icon?
For me it doesn't fit the program. First thing I thought of was the old Batman fight scenes (I know, showing my age). https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse1.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.6OItkC-C93_YdBOwvCaK0AHaFo%26pid%3DApi&f=1&ipt=cde2781ff8ccd92796a0d78a119fbba0f6...
icon?
Huge fan of XYplorer, been using for years and one of the first software to get loaded when setting up a new system.
Purely personal preference, not a fan of the new icon, infers cartoon to me.
Still love the program and will certainly continue to use.

Re: Desktop folder
OK, I found the problem.
Apparently I had changed the location of the Desktop folder to the D: drive.
Having now changed it back to the User folder on the C: drive, all is good.

Re: Desktop folder
No, that Desktop folder shows regardless of the selection status.
It has an icon like the Download, Music, Pictures and Video folders. I suspect here may be another location that specifies which of those special Windows folders are displayed.

Desktop folder
I have XYplorer set to display my desktop folder in the folder tree (pink arrow), and that works fine.
But there is a second desktop folder showing under the D: drive (blue arrow) that I do not know how to remove.
Any hint? Setup:

Toolbar Icons - RESOLVED
I have a 5K monitor, and though the fonts are legible from scaling, the toolbar icons are tiny.
I understand this is the nature of the beast, but was wondering if there are larger icons available.

Re: Cannot read removable storage anymore
I can try it on my desktop to see if it fixes the issue.

Cannot read removable storage anymore
It appears the Win10 Creators update has broken XY's ability to read removable media... at least for me.

(Solved) Unlocking a locked BitLocker drive
I have a drive locked using BitLocker, and I get an error when I try to unlock it using the right-click context menu of XYPlorer. The OS is Win10/64 and I started XYPlorer with Administrative Rights. XYPlorer1.jpg XYPlorer2.jpg File Explorer handles the operation sans issue. FileExplorer1.jpg FileEx...

Thank you for reply. Guess it was a dream, strange... anyway, I think I will leave a link to your roadmap on my desktop.

Preview on Icon Hover
It seems I remember an option for a small/thumbnail type preview when the mouse cursor hovers over a file's icon, but I cannot find where to activate/deactivate this.
Was it just a dream or is there such an option?
