I think I may have found the problem...for whatever reason when I modify a file (a tiff file worked in Photoshop) xy then shows the file as being created at the time I save the file, and the modified time is exactly the same. This is from the properties (Alt+Enter). I scanned a slide, made a screen ...

Even though I have the sort order marked as 'created' xy is sorting by modified, not date created!

As a new user maybe I am doing something wrong?

XY is a great program - I am quite pleased with it!

I can think of one reason to go with the 1 year vs lifetime....my age! I am 75 and the current version of XY is just great and works well for me. I do plan on getting the 1 year upgrade which should be fine for me - unless of course should there be a sale on the lifetime version... I do wish I would...
