I am sure this is easy but I just can't figure it out. I want to color code folders containing the dash "-" character. I've tried "-" and this works for files but not folders, I tried "attr:d:-" and that changed every folder. It doesn't matter if the code changes files ...

Is there a way in Details or List views to sort alphabetically by Name and not have all the folders grouped together at the top and files underneath but instead have files and folders mixed and simply listed alphabetically?

Is there a way to do a quick search or filter that only searches folder names and ignores filenames. I couldn't find anything in the help files or searching the forum. I know a normal search will find folders but when there are lots and lots of folders and many many subfolders not to mention 1000s a...

I assume this means there is no 'switch' one can use in the search string for those searches that require a different sort field?

Using Quick Search it always sorts the results alphabetically. When searching *.jpg on a folder with subfolders one can end up with search results being jumbled up. The best way to solve this is to sort the results by the path field. However, this only affects the current sort results, Quick search ...

The solution to the "empty or not" folder icon problem is so simple... After following this thread for sometime and making some of the earlier suggested changes I have thrown them all out and gone back to the default. Why? Because I prefer the larger thumbnails the default creates compared...

I don't know how I achieved that - I simply clicked on the image button which produced the "img" tags and I inserted the URL between them and submitted.
