Dam, I wasn't using the cache feature at all just the thumbnailing does it!

Fixed it!!!
Icaros 3.3.0 has JPG thumbnail caching enabled by default, I have now removed JPG from caching

Uninstalled Icaros entirely for now

My Bad, just read this "Icaros 3.3.0 beta 2 - Added partial support for AVIF thumbnailing"
I'll switch to Thumbnails #3 for now

AVIF thumbnails will NOT display with Thumbnails #2 (192x192) but Thumbnails #1 (64x64) and Thumbnails #3 (300x300) work just fine!
