IF < folder contains only xyz-file-types> use X-view, ELSE use default view
Hi I work a lot with images, but have list view as default for my system. So I change my image folders to thumbnail view and save FVS individually. Works, but a bit tiresome. What about a feature, that goes something like this: IF folder contains only these file types (user can define somewhere), us...

Re: Xyplorer not opening
Before answering your questions: It works again. I did nothing to the machine, just left it running. Noticed, that my windows keyboard shortcuts were also gone for a while, they work again. Can't say why. Why? It has tabs. Yes it has tabs, but I prefer to use individual Windows sometimes - so I acti...

Xyplorer not opening
I recently tried and bought and everything worked fine. Today xyp hung up, I killed it from win task manager. Then it was not opening anymore, when clicking on a folder. Restart System, still nothing. But in Task Manager there is a process (XYPlorer (32 Bit)) started for each folder that I open (my ...

Re: Color Management
Makes no difference.
Also the fact, that the mismatch is exactly the same mismatch as in win explorer points to a problem with the use of profiles.
Winexplorer apparently has a problem with wide gamut displays, which I have - that's probably the most likely source of the problem.

Would still be useful, but no deal breaker.

Re: auto-remember folder view - help please! Thank you.
I would like to mimic winexplorers behaviour regarding auto saving of individual Folder view. Xyplorer "auto save folder view" only works after I initially click on the "F" icon once per folder (thereby creating the entry in the "manage folder view" list) - don't want t...

Color Management
Hi I work with images a lot and really like xyplorer because of the thumbnail options and general customizability. However colors are slightly off, the same as win explorer. A win system with a display profile installed will display colors correctly in the windows image viewer and of course in Adobe...

Owncloud Cloud folder missing in tree
Hi I am using Owncloud to keep most of my data synced to an online storage. That folder is mirrored from my machine to online and to another machine and vice versa. It is seamlessly integrated into winexplorer as everythig is kept locally and only uploaded/downloaded when changed. It looks and feels...

auto-remember folder view - help please! Thank you.
Hi coming from win explorer I am used to the folder view being saved automatically for individual folders. How can I get that behaviour in xyp? Don't want to always remember to manually save folder view. Tried forum, help, experimented with folderview settings and unchecked "remember list setti...
