I didn't change any configuration parameters, but my thumbnails are not showing (see screenshot).

I renamed XYPlorer.exe to Explorer and ran it. The anti-virus option did not show up. Thanks for the thoughts. It is not the end of the world to have to run the Windows Explorer on the occasion where I install a new program.

I enabled that option and restarted XYPlorer, but it doesn't show up. Attached is a screenshot of XYplorer and the Windows Explorer.
