Cannot read SGF files uploaded to Dropbox using XYplorer
Just noticed this problem and I can't understand why this is happening. I used iCab Mobile on my iPad to upload a file from a website in SGF game format to my Dropbox account. It uploaded correctly because I checked using both my Dropbox account and Windows Explorer. I'm using 64bit Windows 8. But w...

How about a 64 bit build of XYplorer?
I'm sure others have asked but now I'm wondering if we'll ever see this.

Filtered data don't appear in the catalog. Bug or feature?
Using the latest beta as of today Oct 12th. I filter a list using Ctrl J and when I created it everything is fine. But when I try adding a series of tabs to the catalog the filtered list in one tab is not showing up in the catalog. Is this a feature or a bug?

Re: Wipe now simply sends documents to Recycle Bin Folder.
Until this issue is fixed..."nuke" simply doesn't work, period. Strictly speaking, Nuke is broader than Wipe. Still, Wipe indeed doesn't seem to agree with Windows 7 x64 at the moment. I hope it's not related to the fact Xyplorer is still a 32 bit application. Because that could be why it...

Re: Wipe now simply sends documents to Recycle Bin Folder.
Following your steps exactly, I get a different error after step 5 as described in that other thread, and not the type error 13 one. What are your Windows settings for the date and number formats in Region and Language? (Mine are set to Dutch (Netherlands).) I'm in the US time zone. Setting my form...

Re: Wipe now simply sends documents to Recycle Bin Folder.
Do you mean the error reported here , which in your case is followed by run type error 13? Yes. The same one. I don't see "my" error in your STR below? It's very simple: 1. I put the Nuke icon on the toolbar. 2. I right click the icon and select the wipe option *only*. 3. I then select a ...

Re: Wipe now simply sends documents to Recycle Bin Folder.
Did another test. This time I correctly chose "wipe" from the right click option on the Nuke button and retried the same operation on that one file. This time I get "Run type error 13: Type mismatch" Immediately after clicking on the okay button for the error...XYplorer immediat...

Re: Wipe now simply sends documents to Recycle Bin Folder.
Just downloaded and installed 10.30.0006 newest edition and customized my toolbar to show the Nuke button. Selected a file and hit the nuke button. Instead of "wiping" the file it simply asks if I want to send the file to the Recycle Bin?! Windows 7 64bit Service Pack 1. Right-clicking th...

Re: Drag dropping files to drive icons don't work
I solved the problem....you need to run XYplorer in Administrator Mode to get the drag and drop feature to work. But I've never encountered this error before. I never had to launch XYplorer in Administrator mode in Windows 7 64 bit using such an explicit option like this. So as far as I can tell...t...

Re: Drag dropping files to drive icons don't work
...you might wish to click Reports? When I clicked on the reports button I got a message saying access to the file is denied. What kind of an error would cause this? I tried the same operation by dragging and dropping the file manually between folders from one tab to the other. It completed success...

Re: Drag dropping files to drive icons don't work
For diagnostic purposes, have you tried copying through both the drive button as well as regularly through the copy dialog (Ctrl+F7)? Do you have both Configuration > File operations > Background processing (applied to at leat copy) as well as Custom Copy, enabled? Could you post a screenshot of th...

Re: Drag dropping files to drive icons don't work
Using this morning's beta. 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium. Dragged one file to a drive icon and received dialog box saying file copy failed. What did I do wrong? Did you happen to copy to C:? If so, it could be due to file permissions for the root of the Windows boot drive (I just bumped into that m...
