Code: Select all

v14.40.0302 - 2014-09-04 15:39
    * Tabs: Now you can customize the background colors of tabs even in style
"Windows Themes". Note that the result might not look so great with any
theme. It certainly works well with the default themes of Win7 and Win8.
Delicious!
To the destruction of ugly gradients!

Flat Tabs baby, that's where it's at. Didn't think I would, but yes especially with the color control. :appl:

Code: Select all

+++ Flat Look. Under Windows 8 the default UI got a fresh flat look. Fully
      optional and configurable, of course.
I'll save you more weird icons - XY now looks almost perfect, simply great, Don. :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl: :appl:

Mouse Down on file icon to display file image ...

Thank you. Thank you. Oh, Thank You. I've always wished for, but never asked for, this feature. Now it is so easy to view a file!

Cheers,
Gary

Blowing up icons never felt so good... :D :appl: :appl: :appl:
You know, I always wished I could do this from when I'd first encountered MDBU. And now it's finally here! A bunch of THANKS!

Another thanks for the brilliant addition of MDBU on file icons!
Tried it a few minutes and already know that I'll use it all the time. Before I was used to the Floating preview, but now those blowing icons are just too good to pass up. Thank you Don, for giving us something so addictive and handy :appl: :appl:

MDBU on text files.
Just this morning I was thinking how good a feature that would make... honest! :appl:
btw a typo on the changelog: "It's so good a hard-coded it to simply happen out of the box."

Yes, it just came naturally (just like that typo :) ). I found myself making MDBU on text files, a source of frustration at first, then of inspiration, and now of bliss.

Lol. I did not care too much about MDBU for text files unfortunately... BUT *dramatic pause*
BUT *silence*
MDBU HEX VIEW IS WHERE IT'S ALL AT!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!!
*ahem
Anyways, that to me is a pretty awesome feature since I can do a quick hex look at files without pulling up the tabs or opening a hex editor. Awesome!
Main reason why I did not care too much about the MDBU for text files is that I always open them up anyway.

Does it violate any rule if I want to re-thanks a feature?
Well, thank you very much for the Type Stats and Filter. Always a favorite.

MDBU on icon, text, and hex are great features!

Features that that never crossed my mind that I wanted, but now that I've used them for just a few minutes, I won't be able to live without.

Unbelievable - Thanks!
