Reduce timeout period if drive not responding

When access a network/DVD/Portable_device which is too slow/inaccessible, XY tries about 20 secs (totally freeze during that time) before displaying the message "dive x is not available".

20 sec is too much, pls give it about 7-8 sec maximum

I agree with this. Usually I end up just opening process hacker and killing XYplorer rather than wait whenever I accidentally clicked on inaccessible drives.
Or... a tweak. A tweak for everything :whistle:
