Group sorting like the Win explorer

For some reason I need the group sort features from the win explorer
Group sorting: Name, Date
Yesterday / Last Week / Two Weeks ago / Begin Month / Last Month / Two Month ago / Begin Year / Last Year / Two Years ago / A long Time ago

perhaps there is a new feature to do it by myself

if you have a lot of files it's not the best idea to separate by colour

The best match I found is this:
Open Tools Menu --> configuration (F9) --> Styles--> Grid Styles --> choose one of the four "Alternate groups"and "Highlighted groups" grid style.
Then enable grids display (Tools Menu --> Customize List --> check "Show Grid") and sort by something (size, ext, type etc). Also you have to be in details view.

If your objective is to select a whole group by clicking the group heading (as Win Explorer etc does) - your best alternative in XY are Selection Filters: Tools > List Managemenrt > Selection Filters.

If your objective is quick orientation at one glance, use Visual Filters.
