Checkbox in Edit Items Names to leave exts alone

An example of use case where this can come in handy.

You have a bunch of videos and the related subtitle files, and you want to rename everything neatly, obtaining "Title_xyz.mpg" and "Title_xyz.sub". The original names of the videos are a mess, so you select all the videos, copy all the names, use an external editor to do the dirty work, and then paste back the titles in the Edit Items Names window. Now you should do the same for the subtitles, but you currently have to change the extensions to ".sub" first, or removing them first, and then add them in a second phase using XY "Set extension".

If Edit Items Names didn't touch the extensions instead, one could simply work on/with the base names.
