Name column width and Window width

Hi all, hi Don
Most of time I use Name, Size, Modified and Attr columns.
Width of all those columns excepted name's one can be constant, but name column is often too narrow.

Is it already possible to widen name column to fill all the width of the list pane, minus total width of the other columns (without change these, of course) ?
So when I increase/decrease the XY window width, only the name column width should change.

I know the autosize parameter. But I don't want that name column is so wide as the largest file name.

Other wish : the file/folder name should not be truncated at the right limit of the column, but only by the first digit of the size column. So we could gain some readability when file size has few digits.
