hiding unwanted sort header

there is an option 'Show Sort Headers In All Views'. I have it disabled
nevertheless when branch view is enabled (views - details, sort by path, columns - only 'Name', sort folders apart - enabled), i'm forced to see this grey header with the 'Name' inscription in the left side
but the thing is that i don't want to see this header at all. Even in 'Details' view. Is there a way to hide this header?
