! Portable Devices: With a certain configuration pasting items from the
clipboard to a Portable Device could fail with nonsense error "Pasting
items here is not allowed". Fixed.
! Portable Devices: On some devices you could not delete items (no error
message). This version attempts to fix this.
Note that this fix is also bound to the setting of
PortableDevicesCopyByShell, so you can turn it off if you prefer.

! Portable Devices: On some devices you could get a mysterious nonsense
error when attempting to copy files to the device:
"The file name you specified is not valid or too long. Specify a
different file name."
One of the infamous MTP peculiarities...
This version attempts to fix this. It's done by a tweak that is
initialized (also on upgrading to this version) to ON:
PortableDevicesCopyByShell=1
It should work everywhere. Otherwise you can set it to 0 to return to the
previous behavior.
! Spot: Followed TAF matching style (since v15.00.0102 - 2015-03-13) instead
of using "match anywhere" always. Fixed.

* File | Open Selected Item(s): Experimentally changed the behavior of this
core function, i.e. what happens on pressing ENTER on selected list items.
Before, if more than one item was selected then the items were opened one
after the other with each item's associated application (be it XY- or
OS-associated), even if all items were opened by the same application.
Now all items are opened in one call if they are of the same type and
hence share the same associated application.
The new behavior is analog to the selecting the bold default item (if
there is one) in the "File | Open with..." popup menu.
